We offer two shipping methods tailored for water enthusiasts:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 worldwide via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing (recommended for fastest delivery)
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after processing (great for budget-conscious surfers planning ahead)

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to certain remote locations and parts of Asia where delivery networks are unreliable. If you’re unsure about your location, email our customer service team for destination-specific advice.
How long does order processing take?
Our Montgomery-based team typically processes orders in 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (especially Northern Hemisphere summer), please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing.
What if my package is delayed in customs?
While we include all necessary documentation to smooth customs clearance, delays can occur and vary by country. All our delivery estimates exclude potential customs delays. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing our standard shipping option.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
