Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our surf-savvy customer service team will respond within 24 hours (unless we’re catching waves) with return instructions and an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Package your item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 3 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days via your original shipping method
Important Return Details
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used swimwear (must have original tags attached – found under our “Swim” and “Womens”/”Mens” categories)
- Wetsuits showing signs of wear or saltwater damage
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale” (found in our “Wetsuit Sale” category)
International Returns
We accept returns from all countries we ship to (except Asia and certain remote locations). Customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with returns.
