Wave-Chaser’s Note: We’re stoked you’re here! These terms exist to protect both of us while keeping the good vibes flowing. We’ve tried to make them as clear as possible – just like our favorite breaks.

1. Website Use

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases through our site.

1.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

2. Products & Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our surf gear, wetsuits, and accessories. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. All measurements are approximate.

2.2 Product Availability

Items in our Wetsuit Sale and other clearance sections are final sale and subject to limited availability.

2.3 Service Area

We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote locations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayPal

You represent that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

3.4 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Wave-Chaser Guarantee

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to these conditions:

  • Items must be unused with original tags/packaging
  • Swimwear must have original hygiene tags attached
  • Wetsuits must show no signs of wear or saltwater damage

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened/used swimwear (from Swim, Mens, or Womens categories)
  • Wetsuits showing wear
  • Items marked “Final Sale” (in our Wetsuit Sale category)

4.3 Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order details
  2. Await our return instructions (typically within 24 hours)
  3. Ship items to our return address with provided RMA number

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges ship within 2 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics) is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 Product Use

Our products are designed for recreational surfing and water sports. We’re not liable for injuries resulting from improper use.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
